Teacher of the Week: Mr. Belden, Jean McNair Elementary School

Congratulations to Mr. Belden from Jean McNair Elementary School. He is 97ZOK's Teacher of the Week!

Mr. Belden received cupcakes from Sugar Jones and flowers from Broadway Florist.

The winning nomination was sent in from Brian Weavel. He wrote:

Mr. Belden has started a fundraiser for St. Judes. It is called Belden Bikes Back Roads for St. Judes. You can find it on facebook. Mr. Belden and the students did a great video explaining the fundraiser on that facebook page. What he is doing is biking everyday to and from work for the month (Roscoe to Winnebago) and people are pledging money per mile in hopes to raise some awesome money for the cause. I love that Mr. Belden is teaching his students how to help charity and keep fit. PICK HIM, he really deserves it!!"
