Wisconsin Man Wins Fight to Wear Spaghetti Strainer in License Photo [VIDEO]

I think this man may have lost his meatballs. A guy from Madison has won his bizzare appeal to wear a spaghetti strainer on his head, citing it's considered religious headwear of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, in his driver's license photo.

This isn't the first time a Pastafarian has won their right to wear a colander in their license photo; Lindsay Miller, from Massachusetts, won a similar case back in November.
