Wisconsin Thief Pulls Off Whopper Of A Crime At Fast Food Chain
You're not going to believe what was stolen from this Burger King in Wisconsin.
Fast Food Restaurants Are Not The Best Place To Steal From
First of all, I would like to start out by saying I never recommend breaking the law. Remember this famous saying... "Don't do the crime if you ain't got time." It's just not worth going to jail over.
I think the suspect, in this case, might want to rethink his career path. He robbed a fast food restaurant. It's definitely not worth the effort. I would say it's a very good chance that most of the customers pay with debit or credit cards. That means very little cash on hand to steal. That's a big risk for just a few bucks.
Popular Fast Food Chain In Wisconsin Was Robbed
This incident happened in Lake Geneva at a Burger King which really surprises me because that's a really nice town. I guess crime is everywhere.
After hours, the suspect broke into the fast food restaurant by smashing out the drive-thru window. Once inside, the burglar didn't hit the normal spots like the cash register or safe. Nope, he went right for the storage freeze. He made off with several cases of whoppers.
I guess the price of meat has skyrocketed. Maybe, he really had the taste for some burgers and couldn't afford them. I don't believe there's any actual street value for "hot" whopper burger patties but you never know. I hope he has a big enough deep freeze at home to store them. After all that work, I wouldn't want them to go bad.
Lake Geneva Police are continuing to investigate a July 14 incident where an individual broke into the drive-thru window at the Downtown Lake Geneva Burger King and then left with cases of Whopper patties.
