Chihuahua Found Starving & Freezing In Rockford Garage Needs a Home

'Tahlula', a 7-year-old chihuahua, was rescued just in time to spend the rest of her life relaxing in your lap.

In addition to basically being left for dead, 'Tahlula' also had some other health conditions and Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary is covering all those expenses. She will be available for adoption in just a few short days.
