Guess Where Illinois Ranks For Producing The Most Celebrities

Illinois has produced more celebrities in the country than nearly every other state, can you guess which two were ranked higher?

Well, according to a new list on MSN, only two rank higher than Illinois, only New York and (surprisingly) Massachusetts.

New York ranked number one with 15.18 celebrities per 100,000 people.

I kind of believe it too. When I was there for a short weekend stay a few years ago, I ran into saw Ethan Hawke, Richard Kind, Kristen Chenoweth, Sean Hayes and NBA basketball player, Al Horford.

Massachusetts was a bit harder to believe, they ranked second with a nearly 7 celebrities for every 100,000 people.

Illinois ranked third with just over 6 celebrities per 100,000 people.
