Teacher of the Week: Miss Hoffman from Pecatonica Elementary School

Congratulations to our brand new teacher of the week, Miss Hoffman from Pecatonica Elementary School.

Miss Hoffman won dessert from Nothing Bundt Cakes and flowers from Broadway Florist. Her student, Blake Scroggins nominated Miss Hoffman for the award. Blake says :

Miss Hoffman is my 3rd grade teacher. She is kind because she does not yell. She is nice because she does not give us homework. She wants us to spend nights doing sports and with our family. She helps me work hard in class so I can play football, basketball, and play with my friends after school. She is very helpful on describing how she wants us to do our work. She teaches us details using hamburger, rough drafts, indenting, and cursive.

She makes up funny sayings to get our attention like ""Scooby doo"" and we have to say ""where are you?"". She is friendly because she gives a hug when a student is sad. She is patient for other kids to catch up to the subject. She likes to say hello and give hugs when she sees kids outside of school. She takes time for everybody to feel special. She makes school fun by making funny jokes.

Miss Hoffman is a loving teacher and should be the 97ZOK Teacher of the Week.
