This Rockford Restaurant Makes Amazing Lattes in Less Than Three Minutes

There's something going on in downtown Rockford and it's amazing espresso.

Coffee is life.

I mean, sure other things are life too... but coffee is like really important to a lot of people including me. Because of my need for caffeine, I wanted to learn how to make a latte, so I went over to Octane where Ann taught me all the steps to create perfection.

I'm serious. That latte was P E R F E C T I O N.

On top of the fact that it looked great, smelled great and tasted great, it didn't burn my tongue at all. So I plan to grab a latte or five at Octane next week too.
