Did you know that "stressed" spelled backwards is "desserts"?

I'm pretty sure that means whenever you're stressed you're supposed to eat a piece of cake, but maybe that's just me.

Stress is one of those things in life where you really can't avoid it. You can go the extra mile to do yoga, meditate, read, walk, or whatever relaxes you. But life doesn't stop for anyone. Jobs, kids, finances, traffic, life is going to keep going no matter how stressed we get.

Turns out one Wisconsin city is one of the LEAST stressed states in the United States. A new survey revealed the most stressed states in America. How does WalletHub determine this?

To determine the cities where Americans cope best, WalletHub compared more than 180 cities across 41 key metrics. Our data set ranges from COVID-19 cases to average weekly work hours to divorce and suicide rates.

So what city made the bottom of the list? AKA the least stressed end of the stick.

Madison, Wisconsin.

Out of 182 cities, Madison ranked #180.

Turns out Madison ins't very stressed AT ALL!

I've been to Madison before and it's a beautiful city. So that's enough to ease some stress. But on top of the views, it's home to a ton of beer and cheese. I know I mentioned desserts earlier for easing stress, but if we really want to talk relaxing snacks - beer and cheese might just take the cake.

So next time you're feeling stressed, crack open a cold one and slice some cheddar.
