What You Should Do If You Didn’t Get The Presidential Alert Text

According to FEMA, there are a few reasons why you may not have gotten the Presidential Alert text. Here's what they'd like you to do if you didn't get it.

The alert text was a test, which means that there were bound to be some issues. In a previous article, we addressed the reasons why you may not have received the text. FEMA wants to make sure that no one misses one of these alert texts in an actual emergency. so this is what they're asking you to do, so that you won't be left out in an actual emergency.

Reach out to FEMA-National-Test@fema.dhs.gov with the following information:

• What phone you use
• Your wireless provider
• Were using your phone when the alert went out
• Did people near you get the alert
