A four-year-old little girl battling cancer got to 'marry' her favorite nurse in an adorable ceremony that will bring tears to your eyes.

Abby Sayles was diagnosed with pre-b cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and has been undergoing treatment for the last year at Albany Medical Center’s Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer; that's where she met nurse, Matt Hickling. Hickling has been by Abby's side the entire time and Abby was so taken with him that she was determined to marry him.

She popped the question and he said "yes." Abby's mom put together the wedding in just 24 hours and it was adorable. Abby wore a white dress and black leggings and Hickling wore a tuxedo shirt; they had cake, flowers and even ring pops. It was a dream come true for Abby.

Grab some tissues.

This just melts my heart. Nurses, doctors, anyone who takes care of sick children are amazing people. Imagine how scary it must be for a little one to go through something so horrible at such a young age; but knowing that there are people like Hickling and his co-workers, makes it a little easier to bare.

Congrats to the happy couple.

I hope Abby gets better soon and will live a long; healthy life with her true knight in shining armor.
