There's an artist in Chicago who not only wants to help fill neighborhood potholes, he's doing with style.

Jim Bachor is a street artist by every definition. For years he's been filling potholes with fun mosaic art. As you'll see in the video below from WGN, Jim spends many hours prepping every pothole he fills.
